Product Hunt is not a verdict
A launch with no revenue is not the final answer. It is a clue list.
For founders after a launch with traffic, little conversion, or no MRR.
Product Hunt after 0 MRR does not automatically mean the product has no value. It usually means the offer, buyer type, and painful moment are still too wide.
The useful question is not whether the launch worked. It is what the launch exposed: who clicked, who understood, what promise landed, and which decision now needs to change.
Treat the launch as signal, not judgment. Then narrow the next move until one real person can enter with one real problem.
