Information we collect

ChangeClear collects the information needed to operate the account, reading, archive, and billing surfaces. This may include your email address, account identifiers, saved readings, usage events, and billing references tied to subscription state.

Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly in the ChangeClear application database.

How we use the information

We use account and reading data to authenticate you, return saved readings, operate billing and entitlement checks, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability of the product.

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers only where needed to run the product, process payments, host the site, and monitor operational health.

Retention and disclosure

Reading records and account data are retained for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain billing continuity, meet legal obligations, and investigate abuse or service failures.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or to investigate fraud, billing disputes, or security incidents.

Payments

Card processing is handled by Stripe. ChangeClear stores only the billing references needed to manage access and support.

Product records

Saved readings, archive entries, and account state are kept to preserve continuity of the same reading record over time.
