可退款情形 / Eligible for refund (these cases only)

  1. 你完成付款但订阅未生效(未解锁 Pro 权限)。
  2. 服务由我方原因导致无法访问超过 24 小时。
  3. 重复扣款 / 错误金额扣款。
  1. Payment completed but the subscription did not activate.
  2. Service unavailable for more than 24 hours due to our fault.
  3. Duplicate charge or incorrect charge amount.

前 20 位 Founding 买家保障 / First-20 founding buyer make-good

前 20 位 Founding 买家:如果付费章节未解锁,或因 ChangeClear 原因导致付费阅读在付款后 7 天内不可用,我们会修复或退款。 这不是无限制的“不喜欢就退款”承诺。

For the first 20 founding buyers, ChangeClear will fix or refund only if paid sections fail to unlock or paid reading is unavailable due to ChangeClear fault within 7 days. This is not an unlimited dislike refund.

不予退款情形 / Not eligible

  • 已正常使用后改变主意。
  • 忘记取消订阅导致的续费扣款(请在续费日前自行在账户页取消)。
  • 第三方支付渠道争议但订阅功能正常。
  • Change of mind after the subscription was used.
  • A renewal charge caused by forgetting to cancel a subscription (please cancel from the account page before the renewal date).
  • A payment provider dispute while the subscription is functioning normally.

申请方式 / How to request

退款申请请发邮件到 support@changeclear.com,附上付款邮箱和扣款日期,我们 3 个工作日内回复。

Email support@changeclear.com with the payment email and charge date. We reply within 3 business days.

Eligibility

Refunds cover non-delivery, first-20 founding buyer paid-section failure within 7 days, our-side outages over 24 hours, and duplicate or wrong-amount charges only.

Cancellation

Cancel auto-renewal from the account page before the renewal date — past renewals are not refundable on change-of-mind.

Use support@changeclear.com for refund requests. Include payment email and charge date; we reply within 3 business days.
